Get notified when new jobs matching your criteria are posted. Set up alerts in your settings.
Direct Invites
Property owners with Owner Vault can save you as a preferred contractor and invite you to bid on jobs.
2Submitting Winning Bids
Stand out from the competition with these tips:
Be specific - Reference details from the job description to show you read it carefully
Explain your approach - Describe how you'll complete the work
Include timeline - Give a realistic estimate of when you can start and finish
Show experience - Mention similar projects you've completed
Be professional - Use proper grammar and be polite
Price fairly - Don't underbid just to win; quality work deserves fair pay
Pro Tip: Verified contractors with complete profiles and good reviews win significantly more jobs. Make sure your profile is 100% complete!
3Completing Work & Getting Paid
The Milestone Process
Start Work
Click "Start" on the milestone to begin. The job status changes to "In Progress".
Complete Work
When done, click "Submit for Review". Upload photos of the completed work.
Owner Review
The owner has 48 hours to approve or dispute. If they don't respond, payment is auto-released.
Get Paid!
Once approved, funds transfer to your Stripe account within 1-2 business days.
Guaranteed Payment
Funds are held in escrow before you start work. You're guaranteed to get paid for approved milestones.

5Connect Your Stripe Account
To receive payments, you need to connect a Stripe account. Here's how:

Go to Settings → Payments → Connect Stripe

You'll be redirected to Stripe to create or connect your account

Provide your business information and bank details
- 4
Once verified, you're ready to receive payments!
Note: Stripe requires identity verification for fraud prevention. This is a one-time process and helps protect everyone on the platform.
